How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
You’re always in control. Log in to My Account and you can pause, skip, or cancel any time before your next delivery — no penalty, no phone calls needed. Need help? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll handle it for you.
What if my box arrives damaged or isn’t right?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right — a replacement or a credit, your choice. Your trust matters more to us than any single box.
Can I change my Cultural Cut style?
Yes. You can update your Cultural Cut (Arab, Indo-Pak, Central Asian, or Turkish/Balkan) in My Account, or ask us for a free consultation on which cuts suit your family’s cooking.
