By accessing our website (redmeathalal.com) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
About Our Service
Red Meat Halal provides premium Zabiha Halal meat products through individual orders and subscription plans. All meat is hand-slaughtered, HMS certified, 100% grass-fed, and delivered to homes across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without prior notice. Product images on our website are for reference only — actual cuts may vary slightly in appearance due to the natural characteristics of hand-butchered meat.
Subscription products (Lamb, Goat, Beef) are delivered as whole or half animals, butchered according to your selected Cultural Cut style (Arab, Indo-Pakistani, Central Asian, or Turkish/Balkan). Take-home weights are approximate and may vary by 2-3 lbs due to natural differences between animals.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Illinois customers are subject to applicable grocery tax. We accept payment via credit/debit card (Stripe) and PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at your selected frequency (every 2 or 4 weeks) until you pause or cancel.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you agree to recurring deliveries and charges at the frequency you selected. You may: pause your subscription at any time through My Account · skip individual deliveries at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery · change your plan, size, or Cultural Cut preference at any time · cancel your subscription at any time — no fees, no phone calls required. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Already-processed orders that have shipped will still be delivered.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver to Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan (Midwest delivery zone). All subscription orders include free shipping within this zone. Deliveries are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or other carriers in vacuum-sealed, insulated packaging with dry ice. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the package. Upon receipt, transfer all meat products to refrigeration or freezer within 2 hours. We are not responsible for packages left unattended, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.
Perishable Products
All meat products are perishable. Due to the nature of our products and USDA food safety guidelines, all sales of perishable goods are final. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for exceptions and our Halal Promise guarantee.
Halal Promise Guarantee
Every order is backed by our 100% Halal Promise. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, freshness, or halal integrity of any product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We offer replacement, store credit, or refund at your choice. View full Halal Promise terms →
Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Red Meat Halal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Red Meat Halal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kankakee County, Illinois.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
